Dear students,

There has been a huge crowd in the International Student Unit Office recently. The reason for this is that our students think that the works and resposibilities within the scope of the duties and responsibilities of the Student Affairs Office are under the responsibility of our Office. Therefore, we would like to explain in which cases you should apply to the ÖİDB (Central Student Affairs) and in which cases the International Student Office.

SITUATIONS YOU NEED TO GO TO STUDENT AFFAIRS:

1) Student and estimated graduation certificate request

2) Questioning whether the tuition fees of our Turkmen students are transferred to the bank,

3) Password inquiry for the Student Information System (If you have a Turkish Identity Number, your password is the last 6 digits of this number. However, if you do not have an ID number, you must apply to Student Affairs for the password.)

4) Submitting missing documents during registration, such as equivalence, C1 certificate. (In addition, directing your questions about TÖMER to "TÖMER Student Affairs Office" will prevent information pollution.)

5) The technical problems you have with the Student Information System.

6) Registration of Turkish Scholarship students.

IMPORTANT: TÖMER will give the student certificate required for residence permit  to the candidates who will study Turkish at TÖMER for the first year. When the student starts the program he/she has registered for, they will receive a student certificate containing the estimated graduation date from the Central Student Affairs and apply for a residence permit again with this document.

SITUATIONS YOU NEED TO COME TO OUR OFFICE:

1) New enrollees submit their documents and obtain a student number,

2) Tuition certificate (invoys) for our Turkmen students,

3) Problems experienced by Turkish Scholarship students in academic matters and scholarship,

4) The need for translation from English into Turkish for our international students who do not speak Turkish to communicate with various departments of the University,

Our International Office is always ready to advise and assist you in any matter you may need, but do not forget that the reflection of the issues that can be resolved individually in our Office, cause delays the urgent official actions of you and your friends.
