Gazi University is a public university that is primarily located in Ankara, Turkey. It was founded in 1926 by the directive of Gazi Mustafa Kemal Atatürk. Gazi University comprises 11 faculties, 1 schools, 3 vocational schools of higher education, 35 research centers and 5 graduate institutes. There are approximately 37.000 registered students, 3171 administrators and 4366 academic staff.
